Production Equipment
The factory owns two whole vehicle assembling lines, two frame and loading box welding lines, one automatic pickling, phosphorization and electrophoresis line, and two electrostatic spraying and painting lines. The factory has many equipments to ensure the quality, such as punching machine, shearing machine, bending machine and welding machine, which more than 100 sets of producing equipments in total. To ensure the quality, we also have equipped with shocker, dynamometer, salt mist testing equipment, rear axle running-in, controller, charger, battery, motor and other detecting machines.
